Methods and precautions of rock wool construction

The construction of rock wool requires the following conditions to proceed.

1. Ensure that the leveling layer treatment of the base wall and its cement mortar and the installation of the embedded parts are completed.

2. Make sure necessary construction machines, tools and labor protection supplies are prepared.

3. Special scaffolding for construction should be erected firmly and pass the safety inspection. The distance between the scaffolding poles and horizontal poles with the wall's surface shall meet the construction requirements.

4. Make sure that the base wall is solid and flat, and the surface is dry and free from cracks, hollows or looseness. At the same time, the bonding strength, flatness and verticality of the cement mortar should meet the relevant engineering quality requirements.

5. During construction, no construction is allowed when the temperature of the grassroots and the construction environment is lower than 5 ℃. Construction can not be performed in windy weather above grade 5 and rain and snow. During and after construction, effective measures shall be taken to prevent rain washout and scorching sun exposure, and at the same time, do a good job of protection. Winter construction should adopt anti-freezing measures in accordance with relevant standards.

6. Before carrying out large-scale construction, it is necessary to use the same materials, framework and processes to make a model wall on the site and carry out engineering construction tests.

7. When carrying out the construction of rock wool board, the construction personnel must wear labor protection supplies, pay attention to construction safety, and do a good job of construction protection work.

8. For the quality inspection of rock wool board construction materials, they must be sent to the relevant testing institutions for testing, and they can be used only after the testing is qualified.

9. For all through-wall pipes, wires and components that pass through the rock wool board, the exit parts of the pipes must be filled with the same material and then sealed.

10. During the construction process, if the veneer layer is found to fall off, it should be bonded or fixed with anchors in time, and the exterior decorative layer should be constructed.
