This article mainly introduces the repair process of anti-slip rubber sheet. The operation steps of cold vulcanization repair process and hot vulcanization repair process are introduced in detail.

Repair process of anti-slip rubber sheet with NN joints.

NN belt refers to nylon conveyor belt. It has the characteristics of thin belt, high strength, impact resistance, large interlayer adhesion, excellent flexibility and long life. It is widely used in chemical industry, mining, construction, coal yard, metallurgy, port and other departments.

Like most conveyor belts, after using for too long, NN belts will also experience belt breakage and damage. So, do you know what are the suitable processes for NN repair? For anti-slip electrical rubber boards, the processes suitable for repair with NN joints are cold vulcanization and hot vulcanization.

First, cold vulcanization repair requires the use of repair strips, repair patches and repair glue. The specific operations are as follows:

1.According to the required length, take an appropriate amount of tape, and then use the elastic line mark a center line and the cutting dimension line at the end of the conveyor belt.

2. When the two ends of the tape are overlapped with each other, ensure that the running direction of the conveyor belt and the upper tape are the same, and mark the upper tape and the lower tape respectively.

Hot vulcanization repair needs to be used with joint core rubber and unvulcanized top rubber. The following briefly introduces this repair method:

1. Surface treatment: Make the joint of conveyor belt into oblique step type according to 1/2 of the overlap length of the bandwidth, then clean and dry the joint surface.

2. Glue: Apply a layer of vulcanized glue on the surface of the joint and the vulcanized film, waiting for the rubber surface to be basically dry, attach the vulcanized film to the joint, and then pressurize, heat, and vulcanize the joint.

3. Pressing: Using two heating plates to press the joints up and down to keep the pressure constant and even. After heating for 15-25 minutes, press again to ensure that there is sufficient pressure at the joints.

4. Heating vulcanization: Increase the temperature of the compressed joint to 140 ~ 145 ° C. After constant temperature for 45 minutes, stop heating and let it stand for a period of time to cool to normal temperature.

5. Trim: After the joint is cooled, remove the heating plate, remove excess glue and rubber above the surface, and keep the joint surface flat.
