Insulation materials placed at the construction site must be kept away from fire sources. When storing in the opening air, cover with non-combustible materials. For insulation materials that require fire prevention measures, the construction of the fire barriers should be synchronized with the construction of the insulation materials.

When using flammable and non-combustible insulation materials for construction, it should be carried out in sections, and at the same time, maintain sufficient fire prevention distance. While fixing the insulation material, apply a protective layer. The height of the insulation material without the protective layer cannot exceed 3 layers.

For the supporting parts of the curtain wall, air conditioner and other facilities, before laying the insulation material, ensure that the welding and other processes have been completed. It is really necessary to carry out after the insulation material is laid, fire protection facilities must be laid around the welding site and the bottom cloth.

For flammable insulation materials, hot melt, thermal bonding, etc. must not be performed directly on the material. When using high temperature equipment including lighting tools for construction, reliable fire protection measures must be taken.

In the foaming operation of polyurethane and other insulation materials, avoid high-temperature environments, and pay attention to anti-static protection for clothing, tools and processes used. The construction site must be equipped with a complete fire hydrant system and adequate fire extinguishing equipment.
