Rubber foam insulation sheet is a kind of black flexible elastomeric nitrile rubber foam. It is an original closed cell and fiber-free elastomeric foam. It is furnished with smooth skin on one side which forms the outer exposed insulation surface. The expanded closed-cell structure makes it an efficient insulation. It is manufactured without the use of CFCs, HFC's or HCFCs. It is also effective for reducing HVAC noise.

Rubber foam insulation sheet has several features:
a. Low density, closed bubble structure with low thermal conductivity.
b. Low water absorption and long service time.
c. Good flame retardant effect, self-extinguishing, meeting fire protection requirements, safe and reliable. 
d. Wide temperature range from -40 ° C to 105 ° C, good weather resistance.
e. Excellent fireproof performance. (Grade B1 flame retardant)
