Second, weigh the weight. It is not that the heavier the rubber sheet, the better the quality. On the contrary, the rubber sheet with a lighter weight contains less impurities.

Third, smell the rubber sheet. Rubber products are more or less odorous, but the odor is not too strong. After the rubber sheet is placed in a spacious and ventilated place for a period of time, the odor will gradually fade. If the rubber sheet's odoris strong, irritating, and does not disappear for a long time, it indicates that a large amount of reclaimed rubber or scrap rubber is added to the product, which is an unqualified product.

Fourth, do the withstand voltage level detection. Most of the insulating rubber sheets are used in power stations, so we must test them for withstand voltage level detection to ensure that they meet certain standards.

Fifth, bend the rubber sheet to see if it cracks or breaks. If the rubber sheet is cracked or even broken, it indicates that the recycled rubber is added to the raw material of the product. The rubber sheet has poor insulation performance, low safety and great safety hazard. For this type of rubber sheet, don't consider buying it.
